Introduction to Outdoor-Hive Employment Newsletter

The newsletter for the shooting, hunting, archery, fishing, and outdoor industry.

Introduction to Outdoor-Hive

The creation of the Outdoor-Hive job seekers network is a project that we have been working on for the better part of a year. It is exciting to go from a small slack community that we created in 2021 to the launch of our newsletter today. Over the past 20 years, we have seen many changes in our industry, one of the most glaring changes has been the growth of the industry as well as the need companies have for quality team members and employees. Outdoor-Hive was created to bridge the gap between employers and potential employees giving job seekers a weekly newsletter that lists available positions in our industry.

This month, Dr. Dave Dolbee joined me in this company. With his knowledge of the shooting sports industry, and my knowledge of the hunting industry, we are excited to move forth on this grand idea to help people join, grow, and develop inside the shooting sports and outdoor industry. This newsletter is for anyone seeking employment in this industry as well as the hiring managers and recruiters for the corporations inside of the industry.

All companies need great people to grow, and this industry is filled with some of the greatest people in the American workforce. If you are a recruiter, HR manager, or hiring manager — and you want to list the jobs you have available to our readers — reach out to us. If you are in a job and and happy, this will give you a look into what is out there in your industry. If you are seeking new opportunities this gives you the roles that may be a fit for your skills and it will come in to your email box each and every Wednesday. Please subscribe and share this newsletter with the great folks you know in our great industry. We will deliver this newsletter weekly and never sell your information to anyone — ever.

Thank you,

Kevin Paulson
