Firearms
You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer and end-user experience throughout the Great Lakes Region. You’ll have the opportunity to build and maintain existing business relationships with the best suppressor dealers in the region, all while working to promote SilencerCo at events with dealers in the Great Lakes sales territory and across the country.

Archery
Interpret and fulfill job orders, communicate with Cell Leader and Supervisor to maximize quality and productivity, identify and retrieve component parts for daily build, assemble and refine bows according to exact specifications. Must be able to pull back bows.
Assemble accessory kits and products, such as quivers, rests, grips, and other archery-related accessories, perform quality control inspection and identify non-conforming products, record data for cell lead or supervisor as required, assist in all cells within the department as needed, perform daily housekeeping duties as assigned, and assist in other departments as needed.
The ideal candidate will have some mechanical or construction experience, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of mechanical aptitude.
