The Navy and SOCOM Programs Manager will have a tenacious approach to work, be self-motivated, able to perform well under pressure and work collaboratively with the entire Business Development staff. The Navy and SOCOM Programs Manager is a leader, coordinator and overseer of the multiple tasks that affect Trijicon’s military BD effort.
You must act as a vital resource of knowledge and expertise for the managers, assistant managers, and technical representatives. He/she must possess the ability to work on a list of varied tasks, juggling and managing these tasks through execution to completion. The Navy and SOCOM Programs Manager is one of the chief administrators of the Domestic Military BD staff and must be knowledgeable with all Trijicon products, the optical systems market, the end users and the chief competitors.
The Senior Coordinator, Northeastern States will serve as the lead contact for state sportsmen’s caucuses, governors’ offices, state agencies, industry partners and non-governmental organizations in five states (CT, MA, NJ, NY, and RI). The successful candidate will work a traditional work schedule Monday-Friday, though evening and weekend travel will be required at times. The successful candidate will reside in one of the states in the region and will work remotely to allow for rapid response to state capitals (specific location to be mutually agreed upon). CSF and the successful candidate will agree to the terms of the work location arrangement prior to starting employment. To build and repair all types, sizes and shapes of Plastic Injection Molds and Production Tools and Fixtures. Specializes in the operation of precision machine tools such as Conventional, and Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) in the construction and/or repair of tooling, gages, jigs, fixtures, or dies, where a high degree of specialized skill and knowledge of tool building practices is required.
Works from sketches, detail, assembly drawings, and/or from verbal instructions in planning and performing complex machining operations. Processes items requiring complicated setups with a high degree of accuracy, using a variety of precision measuring instruments. Performs complex mathematical calculations, writes and/or edits programs for CNC equipment and uses complex tooling and gages to accomplish the job.

The Wholesale Sales Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in this growth. This position supports Sales leadership and key account representatives by collecting and synthesizing data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights, business building opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making. This includes analyzing seasonal sell-in, monitoring weekly sell-through, and assessing partner inventory levels to proactively identify opportunities that help the Sales Team increase revenue and improve account performance.
