Every year, about this time, I begin the process of evaluating my year before and planning for my next year. This is a process that I do every year and usually mid year as well. This kind of goal setting and planning is important in your job search, so I thought I would write out a quick guide for utilizing a goal setting plan specifically for your career search.

Field Operations is the primary fundraising structure of the RMEF. Regional directors oversee local volunteer chapters in organizing fundraising events, primarily banquets and other event activities, to support the continued operation of RMEF and finance elk and wildlife conservation projects.

In this key role, you will be at the heart of our sales strategy, tasked with driving revenue and market share across specific business segments. You will develop sales plans, manage quotas, and collaborate closely with other departments to optimize processes and meet company goals. Reporting directly to our Sales Director, you’ll have the opportunity to impact product growth and innovation.
Drive sales growth by identifying and targeting key opportunity accounts.
Develop and execute sales growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
Collaborate with and train sales staff to refine pitches, enhance client interactions, and close deals.
Provide recurring coaching, and mentorship to individual sales personnel
Work closely with business owners and executives, demonstrating comfort and expertise in strategic discussions and market share capture.
Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, and daily strategy.
Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring effective training and a strong dealer base.
Partners with HRBPs and hiring managers to source for and fill key roles with top talent. Oversees the entire recruiting lifecycle with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience. Builds qualified and diverse candidate pipelines of relevant areas of talent, with a focus on consistent long term engagement. Ensures the applicant tracking system and job files are maintained correctly and in a timely manner. Responsible for Affirmative Action data roll up for external hires and internal competitive moves for assigned areas. Partners with Talent Acquisition team for on-campus recruiting efforts and managing assigned area intern/co-op processes as well as leader communication and engagement.
