Firearms

The Graphic Designer II will play a crucial role in driving the creative evolution of SIG SAUER. Reporting to the Director, Creative & Content Production, this individual will contribute towards the elevation of creative standards across a range of consumer and customer touchpoints. This role will involve managing multiple creative design projects simultaneously to meet specified deadlines and participating in reviews to provide constructive feedback to team members. The Engineering intern will assist in the design of firearm components and accessories and contributes to departmental goals as assigned. This temporary engineering position is intended for engineering students actively working toward a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Engineering intern will work in a team environment with the R&D Designers, Test Technicians, and Engineers.

Follow work instructions for the operation and control of various machines on a rotation through their respective areas. Perform basic visual quality inspections of small components and remove all defective parts. Pack ammunition into small boxes and load into cases weighing up to 30 pounds.

Hand pack product into cartons using appropriate tools. Lift aluminum and steel plates with shells of different sizes into various machines. Utilize best work practices and housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

The Technical Writer I is responsible for developing technical documentation utilizing approved templates, work instructions, and MIL-STD page-based manuals. The Technical Writer I works in a team environment with other Technical Writers, and must be able to collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams within SIG Sauer.

Additionally, you will support site accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key responsibilities include preparation of key cost accounting reports, tracking regional productivity efforts, engaging in the estimate and budgeting process and providing financial insights to drive efficiency and profitability. Field Operations is the primary fundraising structure of the RMEF. Regional directors oversee local volunteer chapters in organizing fundraising events, primarily banquets and other event activities, to support the continued operation of RMEF and finance elk and wildlife conservation projects. In addition to event-based fundraising, regional directors should work within their region on volunteer recruitment, retention, and training. Regional directors in designated elk states serve as the chair of their respective state project advisory committee from which conservation project recommendations are developed for RMEF funding.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overall production supervision of their assigned department and supporting organizational initiatives. Minimum qualifications include previous production experience and knowledge of Hoyt processes, strong understanding of production processes and safety regulations, experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies preferred, and familiarity with production management software and tools preferred.

Seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to collaborate with our production department leads, supervisors, and team members to ensure that quality standards are met at every stage of production. The Quality Control Inspector will conduct spot checks, measure finished products using various tools and ensure that all items meet company specifications. Additionally, the Inspector will compile and report data to the Quality Control Supervisor for tracking purposes and will be trained in key production tasks to ensure adherence to quality and accuracy.

Act as company subject matter expert for aluminum materials and processing. Conduct process audits and ensure industry best practices are employed throughout the facility. Write and review procedures and work instructions. Define specifications, define and write test procedures to qualify new materials, suppliers, and processes. In this role, you’ll help keep things running smoothly with a mix of administrative, receptionist, and delivery-related responsibilities.
