Outdoor-Hive Newsletter October 1, 2025
Tips and career/job opportunities in the shooting, hunting, archery, and sportfishing industries. These are the opportunities that will grow your career and grow our industry.

It’s too hot for October 1st and because of that, I postponed my antelope hunt for another 14 days. Also, I needed some time to catch up on a few projects and get my truck ready for the trip. I just got home from the week at the annual AGLOW Conference and I think it went extremely well for all who were involved. We also set the stage at our conference for what is going to be an amazing year for the organization and will be topped off by our 70th annual conference in Niagara Falls, NY October 11–15, 2026.
I am working on projects for Hunting Life Magazine and spent some quality time with my editor Britney Booth with Booth Media Group. Anytime around Britney is a good time and a learning opportunity for me. I wouldn’t have as much success as we do without her and her team working with me.
I hope all of your projects are going well and I hope that all of you who are looking for great positions are finding them here in our newsletter. Of course, if you have success in finding the right position, we would love to hear about it.
Be safe out there!!
